Grown in Ujitawara, Kyoto — this blend was specially made for Dalia's Matcha. It was grown and produced by an 8th Generation Producer in Japan. This matcha is special as it was picked, blended, and sampled by our Team when we all went to Kyoto. The matcha itself is medium bodied and has medium complexity! We hope you like it :).
Dry aroma: Creamy, Sweet, and Buttery
Tasting Notes as a Latte: Smooth, Balanced, Umami, Nutty, and Slightly Floral
Tasting Notes as an Usucha: Slight Bitterness, Jasmine, and Light
Harvest: 1st Harvest
Cultivars: Okumidori and Organic Gokou
Best paired as: Usucha or Latte
